Zriedkavé a unikátne biele víno. Hrozno pochádza z južnej časti vinohradu Clos Windsbuhl. Kvôli apelačným pravidlaám sa označuje ako Vin de France. Vo vôni nezaprie pôvod s minerálno - citrusovým prejavom a dotykom sušenej marhule. Chuť je suchá, delikátna s vynikajúcou štruktúrou. Dlhý a harmonický záver. Dokonalý partner k tradičnému quiche. 60% Chardonnay, 30% Auxerrois a 10% Pinot Gris.
