Delivery
We deliver shipments within the Slovak Republic. For orders to the Czech Republic, visit the e-shop www.wineplanet.cz. The goods are delivered to the customer by default according to his choice in one of the following forms:

Shipments are usually delivered within 48 hours of placing the order and on working days. Please note that the courier service has a fixed time schedule, so it cannot guarantee the delivery of the goods at the specific time specified by you. In the event that you have specific conditions regarding the time and place of delivery, or you will not be at the specified address at the time of delivery, it is necessary to make an agreement directly with the courier who delivers the goods.
In the case of an order in the amount of more than 30 euros, you pay only half for shipping, and for orders over 50 euros, you have free shipping.
During transport, the goods are securely packed and taped with the Wineplanet logo. When receiving the goods, always check that the packaging and the goods themselves are undamaged. In the event of damage, write a damage report with the courier service worker and, if you deem it appropriate, do not accept the goods.
Fast shipment
The FAST SHIPMENT service is provided by taxi services, non-stop MONDAY - SUNDAY. We deliver goods from 1 to 6 hours after the order.
Fast delivery is valid for the following territories:
1) Bratislava, Stupava, Pezinok, Senec, Šamorín and the surrounding area - delivery map.
2) Banská Bystrica and the surrounding area- delivery map.
Special terms and conditions for the Fast shipment service. You can choose fast shipment during the ordering process when choosing a transport. For purchases up to €50, the service is provided for €15, over €50 for €10, over €150 for €5.
Collection points
You can choose delivery to more than 200 collection points in Slovakia. The service is provided by DPD, Packet and Slovak Post. Shipments are delivered to collection points within 48 hours of placing the order and on working days. When ordering, we indicate an approximate delivery date, this date is not binding, it depends a lot on the time of the courier companies and therefore the delivery may be delayed by 1-2 days.

Post/Package box
You can pick up the parcels at a post office in your area, or you can choose delivery to the Balíkobox of the Slovak Post. This service is limited by the weight of the shipment up to 15 kg, if your shipment exceeds this weight, we do not display this type of transport. The service is charged in the amount of €2, for orders over €50 it is free.
Personal pick up
- Personal pick up at the WinePlanet wine shop at Stará Vajnorská 39 in Bratislava. With personal pick up, of course, you do not pay any postage, regardless of the payment method. You can pay in cash or by credit card. It is also possible to pay in the form of meal and benefit tickets (for selected goods). You can see the opening hours in the Shops section.
- Personal pick up at the WinePlanet wine shop, Nivy centrum, Mlynské Nivy 5A in Bratislava. The wine cellar is located in the premises of the market on the 2nd floor. With personal pickup, of course, you do not pay any postage, regardless of the payment method. You can pay in cash or by credit card. You can see the current opening hours at the Shops section.
- Personal pick up at WinePlanet wine shop, Bory Mall in Bratislava. The wine shop is located on the 1st floor. With personal pick up, of course, you do not pay any postage, regardless of the payment method. You can pay in cash or by credit card. You can see the current opening hours in the Shops section.
- Personal pick up at WinePlanet, Europa SC, 1st floor in Banská Bystrica. With personal pick up, of course, you do not pay any postage, regardless of the payment method. You can pay in cash or by credit card. You can see the current opening hours in the Shops section.
- Personal pick up at our warehouse at Stará Vajnorská 39 in Bratislava. The warehouse is open every working day from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You can find out how to get to us on the map. With personal pick up, you do not pay any postage, regardless of the payment method. You can pay in cash or by credit card. Personal pick up at our warehouse is only possible for orders over 30 kg of goods (approx. 25 bottles of wine).
Reservations at WinePlanet stores
Pick up your wine 1-2 hours after ordering! As part of improving the shopping process, we have introduced a new feature on the e-shop - reserving goods at a selected WinePlanet store in Bratislava, Banská Bystrica.
A reservation can only be made if the goods are available at the store. After completing the order, your reservation is immediately processed by the selected WinePlanet store. You can pick up the goods within 2 hours of ordering and during the store's opening hours. You have 24 hours to pick up. Reservations made an hour before the store's closing time can only be picked up the next day.
