Payment options
Online wine shopping
When purchasing goods in the online store www.wineplanet.sk, you can pay in several ways:
- Payment by card - After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you enter the online payment with your card. We use the secure and fast TatraPay service to make payments.
- Fast online transfer - online payment service via GoPay, it is a payment using your bank's online payment gateway, we receive immediate information about its payment and we can ship the goods immediately. We currently support online payment through VÚB banka, Tatra banka, Slovenská sporiteľňa, Unicredit banka, Prima banka, ČSOB and Poštová banka.
- Paypal - a modern and safe way in the environment of online purchases and payments.
- Bank transfer - You will receive instructions for payment by transfer (account number, variable symbol) after completing the order. The processing of the order will only start after receiving the payment.
When handing over cash/card - it is cash on delivery via courier, you only pay an administrative fee for cash on delivery. Payment will be made in cash or via the courier's payment terminal.
All prices are listed including VAT according to applicable legislation.
Delivery note and invoice
The delivery note is enclosed in the shipment with the goods or handed over when receiving the goods in person. The tax document (invoice) is sent in electronic form to your e-mail address. If the document is missing or the invoice has not been delivered in electronic form, please inform us as soon as possible via our contact details.
Payment options for personal pick up in WinePlanet
You can pick up the goods in person at the WinePlanet wine stores or directly in the warehouse. For personal collection, the following payment options are available:
- Cash - when picking up goods in person in our warehouse or store, payment in cash is possible.
- Payment by card - when picking up goods in person in our warehouse or store, payment by card is possible. We currently accept VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and Diners Club payment cards.
- Payment by vouchers - in our stores it is possible to pay in the form of meal and benefit tickets (for selected goods).
- Payment via the Viamo system - payment via the Viamo system is possible when picking up goods in person in our stores.
