Description

"Estate" víno, ktoré by malo byť povinnou výbavou pri spoznávaní oblasti Cahors. Zároveň veľmi elegantné a zamatové víno, ktorý sa dá ochutnať už teraz, ale po piatich či šiestich rokoch vyzrievania bude ešte lepšie! Hrozno pochádza z rovnakých parciel ako Le Cédre, ale z mladšej výsadby. Na vyzrievanie sa používajú aj staršie sudy s väčším objemom. 90% Malbec, 5% Merlot a 5% Tannat.
