Hrozno pochádza zo severovýchodne orientovaných vinohradov v údolí Casablanca, severne od Santiaga. Ručný zber a riadená fermentácia pri nízkej teplote. Časť vína vyzrievala v starších dubových sudoch. Odrodová vôňa mirabeliek s dotykom maslovej sušienky. Elegantná a delikátna chuť s vibrujúcou kyselinkou a harmóniou. Skvelý partner ku kuraciemu stehnu s tymiánom a grilovanou zeleninou.
