Hrozno pochádza z vinohradu Domaine du Rochoy. Parcela La Comtesse leží na strmom svahu, má výnimočné slnečné a pôdne podmienky - kimeridžský vápenec. Hrozno je zberané ručne, spontánna fermentácia 5 mesiacov na jemných kvasinkách. Vo vôni dominujú tóny bielych fialiek a hrozna. V chuti jemné so sviežou, ovocnou štruktúrou, s typickou kyselinkou a minerálnym charakterom. La Comtesse je víno takmer so ženským pôvabom.
