Novinka v portfóliu. Hrozno pochádza z vinohradu Graham / Seaspray v mladšej výsadbe. Vinohrad sa nachádza v údolí Awatere, v tesnej blízkosti Tichého oceánu. Pôda je vápenato - štrková. Dozrievanie hrozna ovplyvňuje intenzívny slnečný svit a chladné prúdenie vzduchu. Vďaka tomu má Seaspray intenzívnu trávnato - ovocnú vôňu a pikantnú, sviežu chuť s mineralitou v závere.

Sir George Fistonich založil spolu so svojou ženou vinárstvo už v roku 1961. O rok neskôr vyrobil prvé víno.
