Unikátne biele víno vyrobené z odrôd Petit Manseng (60%) a Sauvignon Blanc (40%). Hrozno pochádza z dvoch malých parciel s celkovou rozlohou 1,5ha. Hrozno sa zberá a vinifikuje oddelene, podľa odrody. Víno vyzrieva bez použitia dubových sudov čo zdôrazňuje jeho delikátny hroznový prejav. Zároveň je veľmi komplexné s vynikajúcim potenciálom pre vyzrievanie.
