Description

Hrozno pre toto víno pochádza z jednej parcely o rozlohe 1,6ha s juhovýchodnou expozíciou. Pôda má vulkanický pôvod. Vo vrchnej časti sa nachádza vrstva morských usadenín v kombinácii s hnedým vápencom. Víno sa vinifikuje pri nízkej teplote. Fermentácia prebieha v nereze a v dubových sudoch s batonnage tri mesiace. Po scelení vyzrieva víno ďalších 5 mesiacov v 500l FRA dubových sudoch. Senzoricky seriózne a komplexne pôsobiace víno s vôňou jadrovín a včelieho vosku. Chuť je temperamentná a bohatá s precíznou kyselinkou a dlhým korenisto-mandľovým záverom. Potenciál na archiváciu.
