Víno sa vyrába výlučne z odrody Semillon. Vinifikuje sa bez použitia oxidu siričitého v starších dubových sudoch na základe biodynamických postupov a s "požehnaním" lunárneho kalendára. Napriek štýlu výroby oplýva finesou a čistotou s prirodzenou bohatosťou, aromatickou intenzitou a štruktúrou. Takmer dokonalé biele víno!
