Description

Víno sa vyrába metódou "la saignée". Vinifikuje 8 mesiacov v dubových sudoch a fľašuje sa bez filtrácie a SO2. Ročne sa vyrobí iba 2400 fliaš. Tmavo ružová až jemne rubínová farba. Vôňa zrelých sliviek, čerešní, čiernej ríbezle, jahôd s tónmi lúčnych kvetov. Šťavnatá, hravá ovocná chuť s jemne korenistými tónmi škorice a sladkého drievka. Veľmi jemné taníny a svieža kyselinka. Dlhá ovocná a minerálna dochuť. Naturálne ružové alebo ľahké červené víno. Nefiltrované!
