Rodinné BIO vinárstvo, ktoré hospodári na 12 ha viníc na Kraví Hoře u Znojma. Okrem tradičných bielych, ružových a červených vín vyrába aj vína zrejúce na kvasničných kaloch, v dubových sudoch (Sur lie), vína likérové (Šaler) a vína prírodné, ktoré kvasia s divokými kvasinkami (Edelspitz). Vyhláseným červeným vínom je rodinné cuvée Gryllus, ktoré zreje rok v malých dubových sudoch.
