Hrozno pre toto víno pochádza z dvoch častí Wairau Valley - Lower Wairau a Brancott. Oproti rade Cellar Sellection víno vyzrieva na kvasinkách dlhšie čím získava na komplexnosti a stabilite. Vynikajúca štruktúra a kompaktnosť. Dostatok primárnych ovocných tónov v kombinácii s dlhou, krémovou dochuťou. Skvelé k hráškovemu rizotu s kvapkou tohto vína a syrom Vršatec.

Sir George Fistonich založil spolu so svojou ženou vinárstvo už v roku 1961. O rok neskôr vyrobil prvé víno. Postupne vinárstvo rástlo a dnes patrí k najlepším a k najúspešnejším vinárstvám Nového Zélandu. Má 300 stálych zamestnancov.
