Skutočná referencia pre Chardonnay v rámci Alto Adige. Vinohrad Castel Ringberg leží v nadmorskej výške 300-400 metrov. Pôdu tvoria dolomitické vápence. Vinifikácia vín prebieha v dubových sudoch s battonage po dobu 10 mesiacov. Vôňa vína má viac vrstiev s dominantným prejavom žltého ovocia s dotykom praženej mandle. Chuť je komplexná a živá s charakteristickou mineralitou v dochuti. Veľmi veľký potenciál pre vyzrievanie.
