Usadlosť Cigalus je domovom rodiny Gérarda Bertranda. Nachádza sa v departmente Aude Hauterive. Vinohrad je udržiavaný už niekoľko rokov v režime Biodynamic. Jednotlivé odrody sa zberajú a vinifikujú podľa zrelosti. 70% následne vyzrieva v dubových sudoch. Víno sa nefiltruje pred fľašovaním, len jemne číri. Komplexnosť a štruktúra v dokonalej harmónii. Potenciál pre vyzrievanie. Zmes odrôd Chardonnay, Viognier a Sauvignon Blanc.
