Description

Hrozno pre toto víno pochádza z troch malých parciel o rozlohe 1,3ha. Ich nadmorská výška je 400-450 m n m. Pôda je ílovito - vápenatá, príbuzná s galestro typom v okolí Sieni. Orientácia vinohradov je juhovýchodná. Víno sa vinifikuje oddelene podľa parciel, pri nízkej teplote s 10% podielom celých strapcov s pravidelným batonnage počas 9 mesiacov. Príťažlivá vôňa limetkovej kôry, broskyne a byliniek. Víno pôsobí veľmi osviežujúco a prirodzene s krémovou textúrou. Stredne plné telo a dlhý, minerálny záver. Výborný priestor pre vyzrievanie.
