Description

Hrozno pochádza z parciel susediacich s vinicou Kiedrich Gräfenberg Grosse Lage. Pôda je podobná, ale tieto lokality sú chladnejšie ako Gräfenberg, prinášajú menej zrelé hrozno s pevnou kyselinou, ktorá je ideálna pre výrobu šumivých vín. Hrozno sa zbiera v zrelosti Kabinett. Vyrába sa tradičnou metódou. Primárna fermentácia sa vykonáva v tankoch, nasleduje druhotná fermentácia vo fľaši. Intenzívna vôňa mandarínky, limetky a kôry citrusov. Neskôr sa objavujú tóny vlašských orechov, briošky a medu. V chuti je sekt svieži, postavený na citrusovom ovocí doplnený pikantnou kyselinkou. Ľahký, vyvážený sekt, ideálny aperitív.
