Château Malartic Lagraviere je jednoznačne prvou voľbou pre moderné, bohaté, energické a komplexné klasifikované vína z Pessacu. Majiteľom je rodina Bonnie, ktorá preinvestovala v château veľké finančné prostriedky. Avšak všetky zmeny, ktoré sa odohrali vo vinohrade alebo v pivnici, viedli k mimoriadnemu zlepšeniu vín z tohto zámku. Navyše stále za dobrú cenu! Takže ďalšie víno, o ktorom by sa dalo povedať "veľké"! Rozloha vinohradov 62ha. Štrková pôda s obsahom slieňa a ílovito vápenatým podložím. Hustota výsadby 10000k/ha. Priemerný vek vinohradov 30 rokov. Viacnásobná selekcia hrozna. Fermentácia 21-23 dní. 18 mesiacov v 60% nových sudoch. Konzultant: Eric Boissenot. Výnosy 27hl/ha!!!. 53% Cab.Sauv., 43% Merlot, 2.5% Petit Verdot, 1.5% Cabernet Franc. Certifikát HVE3. 21% nižšia produkcia ako v 2021.
