Description

Novinka v portfóliu. Odroda Carricante pochádza z nového vinárstva Feudo di Mezzo v oblasti Etna. Vinič sa pestuje v ekologickom režime a nadmorskej výške až 720 metrov. Posledné strapce sa oberajú až začiatkom októbra. Po selekcii fermentuje v nerezových nádobách. Časť hrozna (20%) kvasí vo francúzskych dobových sudoch. Po jarnom odležaní na jemných kvasinkách sa v auguste fľašuje. Kvetinovo-ovocnú vôňu dopĺňa jemný dymovo- minerálny dotyk. Chuť je svieža, aromaticky subtílna, ale komplexná s množstvom jemných nuáns. Pikantná acidita s neutrálnym prejavom podporuje skvelý kulinársky charakter vína.
