35% Macabeo, 28% Xarel·lo a 37% Parellada. Ručný zber, fermentácia s vlastnými kvasinkami 28 dní pri teplote 16 °C. Každá odroda je vinifikovaná samostatne. Druhá fermentácia 4 roky na jemných kaloch pri stálej teplote 17 °C. Elegantná a veľmi príjemná Cava, ktorá vyniká svojimi sviežimi, ovocnými tónmi. Vôňa je čistá a ovocná s náznakmi zeleného jablka a karamelu, čerstvých byliniek a mentolovým nádychom. V chuti elegantná, dobre vyvážená, svieža s ovocným charakterom.
