Description

Chardonnay je pôvodná biela odroda z Burgundska a dokonale ladí s daným terroir. Hrozno pochádza z mladších vinohradov a pôdy bohatej na vápenec. Hrozno je zberané ručne. Tradičná fermentácia v nerezových tankoch s riadenou teplotou a úplnou malolaktikou. Víno zreje 8-10 mesiacov v nerezových tankoch. Bohaté, dobre vyvážené a komplexné víno. Chardonnay s vôňou zeleného jablka a limetkovej kôry. Stredne plné s osviežujúcim, ovocným záverom.
