Vinica Steiger, ktorá sa nachádza v blízkosti samotného Dunaja na miernom sklone 29 %, je bohatá na pararuly a posiata drveným kameňom. Hrozno sa zbiera koncom septembra, spontánna fermentácia. Víno vyzrievalo väčšiu časť roka na jemných kaloch z nerezových tankoch s minimálnym prídavkom síry. Jemná vôňa kandizovanej pomarančovej kôry a kvetový med. Pevná textúra, biela broskyňa, živá kyselinka a minerálny záver.
