Hrozno sa zbiera výlučne ručne a pri nízkych teplotách. Pred lisovaním sa stláčajú a jemne stláčajú. Fermentácia prebieha spontánne v nerezových tankoch a trvá približne dva mesiace.Príjemné žlté ovocné tóny, náznaky broskyne, marakuje, dotyk pomarančovej kôry. Svieži Riesling s elegantnou ovocnou štruktúrou, šťavnatou kyselinkou a jemne minerálnym záverom.
