Description

Unikátne víno z Blaye. Hrozno pochádza z 50- ročnej parcely s vápencovou pôdou, v severnej časti Bordeaux. Vinifikuje sa v Château La Gamaye. Hrozno nakváša 4 dni pri nízkej teplote. Vyzrievanie prebieha v betónových nádržiach desať mesiacov. Farba je tmavá s fialovým okrajom. Vôňa pripomína bobuľové ovocie, čierne ríbezle a fialky. Chuť je energická s vibrujúcou aciditou a dostatočnou štruktúrou. Ambiciózne triesloviny s bylinkovo korenistým záverom pridávajú na živosti a vitalite. Napriek pripravenosti na konzumáciu už teraz, vydrží pri optimálnych skladovacích podmienkach do 2030.
