Hrozno pochádza z vinohradov v nadmorskej výške 1100 metrov nad morom na piesočnato-hlinitej pôde, ktorá obsahuje tiež štrk s vrstvami uhličitanu vápenatého. Ručný zber. Spontánna fermentácia. Víno vyzrievalo 12 mesiacov vo veľkých sudoch z amerického dubu. Vo vôni prináša tmavé bobuľové ovocie. V chuti koncentrovaný, ovocný s pretrvávajúcou hĺbkou. Skvelý partner k argentínskemu asadu.
