Wine of crystal clear, light yellow brilliant colour and consistent sparkling. Its fresh fruity beginning of yellow apples and mellowed citrus fruit is enriched by slight toasting. In taste is fresh with goodly incorporated acid and hint of breadstuff. Aftertaste is medium intense, pleasant.
