Description

Každoročne jedna z referencií pre apeláciu. Toto víno sa pravidelne objavuje v lístkoch najlepších reštaurácií. Hrozno pochádza z dvoch starých parciel, ktoré sa zberajú a vinifikujú oddelene. Fermentácia prebieha v sudoch z Burgundska (Domaine Chanson). Len 30% z nich je nových. Na kvasinkách víno zreje 12 mesiacov. Do fliaš sa plní nefiltrované, len jemne čírené. Chuť oplýva finesou a štruktúrou s jemným dotykom biskvitu alebo čerstvého pečiva. Dlhý, decentne slaný záver. Víno s personalitou, ktoré vynikne aj v spojení s kvalitnou gastronómiou.
