Nová etiketa. Hrozno pochádza z 2ha parcely v Obernai. Je to 100% Chardonnay. Na kvasinkách vyzrieva 18 mesiacov. Technicky je to Extra Brut s dozážou 3,4g/l. Vďaka zrelosti hrozna pôsobí komplexne a bohato. Zároveň veľmi elegantne a osviežujúco. Vynikajúci aperitív k kanapkám z lososa alebo chobotnice.
