Hrozno pochádza z troch parciel pri Domaine de Nays s vekom vinohradov až 100 rokov. Víno fermentuje v použitých 600l dubových sudoch. Následne vyzrieva nefiltrované v sudoch jeden rok. Fľašuje sa len jemne čírené po odležaní vo fľaši. Podobne ako všetky vína z tohto vinárstva oplýva štruktúrou a plnosťou. Zároveň pôsobí prirodzene a nenásilne s jemnými nuansami a dlhým, minerálnym záverom. Potenciál pre vyzrievanie. 60 % Gros Manseng, 30 % Petit Manseng , 10 % Courbu.
