Description

Jurancon je prírodne sladké víno, ktoré sa vyrába podobným spôsobom ako Sauternes. Hrozno ( 100% Petit Manseng) sa zberá v štádiu keď je napadnuté botrytídou, teda v postupných zberoch v závislosti od jeho dozrievania vo vinohrade - passerillage. Najčastejšie tri krát počas jesene. Víno vyzrievalo 12 mesiacov v dubových sudoch. Víno s obdivuhodnou koncentráciou a nádhernou harmóniou. V chuti komplexné a delikátne. Napriek vysokej zrelosti pôsobí harmonicky s dávkou finesy a jemnosti. Delikatesa k lokálnej bravčovej klobáse z vnútorností.
