Description

Marsannay je názov dediny, ktorá sa nachádza v Côte d'Or a označenie Appellation Contrôlée získala v roku 1987. Hrozno je zberané ručne. Fermentácia prebieha dubových sudoch s úplnou jablčno-mliečnou fermentáciou. Víno vyzrieva 8 až 10 mesiacov v dubových sudoch Louis Latour so stredným vypálením. Vôňa odhaľuje tóny zrelej broskyne, pomarančovej kôry, vanilky, medovky a pražených lieskových orieškov. Plné a mäsité s bohatým profilom.
