Na kvasinkách si pred fľašovaním oddýchlo 6 mesiacov. Seriózny Rizling s intenzívnym senzorickým prejavom záhradného ovocia a medovky. Komplexný a autenticky pôsobiaci v chuti s výraznou štruktúrou a personalitou. Potenciál na archiváciu. Biodynamika.
