Description

Ročník 2021 je prvým fľašovaným. Hrozno sa zbiera výlučne ručne a pri nízkych teplotách. Pred lisovaním sa stláčajú a jemne stláčajú. Fermentácia prebieha spontánne v nerezových tankoch a trvá približne dva mesiace. Citrusová a korenistá vôňa s nádychom agátového medu. V chuti šťavnaté a elegantné s dobrou kyselinkou.
