Hrozno sa zbiera výlučne ručne a pri nízkych teplotách. Pred lisovaním sa bobule jemne stláčajú. Fermentácia prebieha spontánne v nerezových tankoch a trvá približne dva mesiace. Tóny ananásu, marhule a kvetového medu podčiarknuté jemnými lúčnymi bylinkami. Šťavnaté, ovocné, skôr opulentné, v závere žlté jablko.
