Champagne of beautiful onion-pink colour with elegant sparkling. In its impressive bouquet are dominant creamy tracks of red fruit, redcurrants with sweet honey finish. Taste is complex, fuller, attractive with repeated hint of red fruit and quiet acid in the end. Aftertaste is persistent.
