Description

Unikátne rosé ktoré vzniká pridaním rezervných vín (8%) vyzrievajúcich spôsobom Solera. Základom je hrozno z Riceys. Na kvasinkách vyzrieva 3roky (Magnum 5 rokov). Podiel rezervných vín je 35%. Dozáž je na úrovni 8g/l. Senzoricky kombinuje ušľachtilosť, ovocnosť a finesu s dotykom korenistých tónov. 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir a 15% Pinot Meunier.
