Rada Eileen je pomenovaná podľa Eileen Hardy, prvej dámy austrálskych vín. Toto víno bolo uvedené na trh k jej 80-tym narodeninám. Hrozno pochádza zo 45 až 130 ročných vinohradov. V Langtonovej klasifikácii mu patrí kategória excellent. Hlboká purpurová farba s fialovými odleskami. Ušľachtilá vôňa čučoriedok, horkej čokolády, kože a čiernych olív. Bohatá chuť sliviek, černíc, horkej čokolády a jemný dotyk vanilky. Dokonalá harmónia a štruktúra. Stredne vyzreté taníny a hravá kyselinka. Veľmi dlhá a intenzívna dochuť. Potenciál na tri dekády.
