Grenache v nerezových tankoch, aby si zachovala ovocný charakter. Plnenie bez filtrácie. Hlboká červená farba s fialovými odleskami. Intenzívna vôňa černíc, ríbezlí, jahôd, doplnená tónmi sladkého drievka, tabaku a mäty. Plná ovocno korenistá chuť s výbornou tanínovou štruktúrou a harmóniou. Víno s typickým mediteránskym prejavom. Potenciál pre vyzrievanie.

Nedocenené vína z La Clape

Château d´ Angles je vinárstvo v Languedocu pod vedením známeho enológa Erika Fabreho, ktorý predtým pôsobil v Bordeaux ako technický riaditeľ v Château Lafite-Rotschild. Získal množstvo ocenení vín na medzinárodnej úrovni. Vianney Fabre, syn Erica, s ktorým dnes spoločne vedie vinárstvo, študoval v Bordeaux a pracoval päť rokov v Champagne Bollinger. Château d'Angles sa nachádza v srdci chránenej prírodnej oblasti La Clape a dodržiava zásady udržateľného poľnohospodárstva. V júni 2015 sa oblasť La Clape stala prvou apeláciou v Languedocu.
