Description

Canon Pécresse sa nachádza v Saint-Michel de Fronsac (AOC Canon-Fronsac). V roku 1947 ho zakúpil Jean-Marie Pécresse. O hodnote, resp. potenciáli tohto Chateau vypovedá fakt, že v tej dobe rodina vlastnila Trotanoy v Pomerole či Grand Corbin v Saint Emilione. Od roku 2003 ho riadi Jean-Francis Pécresse, povolaním novinár. Vinohrady, resp. unikátna náhorná plošina (3,5ha) s vápenatou pôdou, obsahom fosílii a kriedy. Dominuje v nich Merlot, ktorý dopĺňa Cabernet Franc. Konzultantom je Stéphane Derenoncourt. 2021 bude nádhernou interpretáciou pravého brehu s eleganciou, sviežosťou a prirodzenosťou. Thierry Desseauve (Bettane & Desseauve) si ho vybral ako najlepšie "petit" chateau s potenciálom do budúcnosti. 65% Merlot a 35% Cabernet Franc a 16 mesiacov v dubových sudoch. Organic.
