Description

Šestnástka z tohto zámku je vynikajúce víno, ktoré pochádza z vinohradov s prvotriednou starostlivosťou. V súčasnosti v konverzii na biodynamiku. Pôda bohatá na íl obsahuje štrk a piesok. 40 parciel sa vinifikuje samostatne po viacnásobnej selekcii hrozna. Dramaticky sa zlepšujúca kvalita tohto vína v posledných rokoch profituje aj z citlivého používania dubových sudov. V tomto ročníku je to znovu príťažlivé víno s kvetinovo korenistou vôňou a zamatovou chuťou. Napriek elegancii pôsobí komplexne a stále ešte mlado s ďalším priestorom pre vyzrievanie. 74% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Franc a 7% Malbec.
