Aktuálny ročník sa skladá z 37% Syrah, 37% Carmenere, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Garnacha a po 2% Malbec a Mourvedre. Hrozno pochádza z neštepeného vinohradu Los Robles v Colchagua Valley. V celkovom chuťovom spektre zaujme pozoruhodnou komplexnosťou a zároveň harmóniou. Personalita vína spočíva v jeho pôvode ako aj citlivému prepojeniu odrôd v zmesi. Skvelá ovocná textúra a dlhý korenisto-minerálny záver. V pozitívnom vyzrievaní bude pokračovať do roku 2032+.

Emiliana je najväčšie organické čilské vinárstvo. Vlastní 1 550 ha certifikovaných vinohradov. V roku 1986 bolo založené Rafaelom a Juanom Guilisasti. Vinice sa nachádzajú v oblastiach Maipo, Colchagua, Casablanca, Bio-Bio, Cachapoal a Limary, sú ovplyvnené pacifickým prúdom a pohorím Ánd. Konzultantom vinárstva je Álvaro Espinoza.
