Prémiové cuvée od Emiliany. Granátovo červená farba s fialovými odleskami. Komplexná ovocná vôňa sliviek, jahôd, čučoriedok a sušených fíg. Neskôr tóny kože, údeného mäsa a grafitu. Bohatá, plná chuť s výbornou štruktúrou tanínov a kyselinky. Dlhá termická dochuť.

Emiliana je najväčšie organické čilské vinárstvo. Vlastní 1 550 ha certifikovaných vinohradov. V roku 1986 bolo založené Rafaelom a Juanom Guilisasti. Vinice sa nachádzajú v oblastiach Maipo, Colchagua, Casablanca, Bio-Bio, Cachapoal a Limary, sú ovplyvnené pacifickým prúdom a pohorím Ánd. Konzultantom vinárstva je Álvaro Espinoza.
