Haut Bages Monpelou je pozoruhodné víno z parciel rodiacich hrozno, ktoré bolo v minulosti súčasťou Duhart Milon. V súčasnosti patrí do portfólia rodiny Casteja. 15ha vinohradov sa nachádza medzi Batailley ( kde prebieha vinifikácia ) a Grand Puy Lacoste. Víno oplýva klasickým charakterom oblasti Pauillac s vynikajúcou kvalitou a štruktúrou. Skvelý pomer ceny a kvality s vysokým potenciálom pre vyzrievanie. Hustota výsadby 8000 k/ha. Produkcia 80000 fliaš. 18 mesiacov v sudoch, 70% ročných a dvojročných, podiel nových 30%. 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc. Potenciál 2027-2040. Najlepší Monpelou v histórii!
