Hrozno macerovalo 15 hodín. Charakter vína dotvorila spontánna fermentácia, polročné zrenie v dubovom sude, no najmä vyzrievanie na jemných kvasničných kaloch metódou surlie. Na nose víno očarí ovocno-korenistými tónmi prezretého ovocia, marhule, broskyne a bieleho korenia. Chuť vína je bohato štruktúrovaná. Potenciál na archiváciu.
