Ľahké a svieže biele víno zo Sicílie. Hrozno pochádza z vinohradu Buonivini v Noto na juhovýchode ostrova. Čarovná vôňa citrusových plodov a kvitnúcej jablone. Suchá a iskrivá chuť s ovocným charakterom a pikantnou kyselinou. Skvelé ku špargli alebo rizotu s plodmi mora.
