Vinohrad Turmberg má juhozápadnú expozíciu, vďaka čomu sa zberá hrozno v plnej zrelosti. Jeho bobule sú malé s hrubšou šupkou a vysokou koncentráciou aromatických látok. Senzoricky preto pôsobí ambiciózne s vynikajúcou štruktúrou a hĺbkou. Prúdením vzduchu od rieky a dobrou ventiláciou vinohradu sa predlžuje zdravá životnosť hrozna na kroch čo umožňuje pomalšiu spontánnu fermentáciu s množstvom jemných nuáns vo víne. Kamenistá pôda zvyšuje metabolizmus viniča v prospech slanosti a textúry v dochuti. Zároveň disponuje víno veľkým priestorom pre vyzrievanie.
