Hrozno z vinohradu Gaisberg sa zberalo v polovici októbra. Lisovanie celých strapcov a spontánna fermentácia. Víno vyzrievalo v kombinácii nerez a veľké dubové sudy. Na kvasinkách si pred fľašovaním oddýchlo 6 mesiacov. Víno z teplého ročníka pôsobí precízne a rafinovane podfarbené pikantnou aciditou a ovocnou textúrou. Dlhý korenisto-minerálny záver. Biodynamika.
