Kontakt so šupkou niekoľko hodín, po ktorom nasleduje čiastočné odobratie muštu a následná fermentácia. Víno zreje v nerezových tankoch. Jemne ružová farba, intenzívna vôňa stredomorského maquis s tónmi čerešní a malín. Svieže a elegantné víno, vyvážené s príjemnou kyselinkou.
