Description

Červené víno, ktoré sa teší popularite aj uznaniu. Hrozno pochádza z Los Robles ( Colchagua ) kde sa vinič pestuje v biodynamickom režime. Zbaratelia si cenia v každom roku iné zloženie odrôd. V tomto ročníku je to 44% Syrah, 30% Carmenere, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Malbec, 2% Garnacha, 2% Tempranillo, 2% Petit Verdot a 4% Mourvedre. Coyam vynikajúco vyzrieva 10-15 rokov.

Emiliana

Emiliana je najväčšie organické čilské vinárstvo. Vlastní 1 550 ha certifikovaných vinohradov. V roku 1986 bolo založené Rafaelom a Juanom Guilisasti. Vinice sa nachádzajú v oblastiach Maipo, Colchagua, Casablanca, Bio-Bio, Cachapoal a Limary, sú ovplyvnené pacifickým prúdom a pohorím Ánd. Konzultantom vinárstva je Álvaro Espinoza.
