Odporúčanie someliera Rasťa Šutáka - Klasické víno z klasického ročníka. Podobných je dnes aj kvôli zmenám klímy, na pravom brehu málo. Biely kôň so štartovým číslom nula sedem oplýva sviežosťou a energiou. Tento ročník nepriniesol vysoký alkohol a extrakt, ale eleganciu, jemnosť a vzácnu prístupnosť. Zvyčajné drsné triesloviny a robustné taníny abdikovali v prospech ovocnej textúry, ktorú v súčasnosti dopĺňa terciárny prejav grafitu, tabakového listu a opracovanej kože. Takmer ako afrodiziakum...

Description

Wine of ruby red colour with purple rim and attractive smoke bouquet, enriched by tones of coffee, blackcurrants and plum pie. Taste is complex with fuller not yet matured tannins, which are dominant in a finish of this whopper. Wine was made by coupage of 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Franc.
